Morgan Hickman

Regional Finance Coordinator

In one of the most controversial years in electoral history, Morgan decided to begin her journey in politics. In June of 2015, Morgan joined the team at Golden State Consultants. During this year, she worked closely on the re-election campaigns of Councilmembers Mark Kersey and Scott Sherman, and re-election campaign of Congressman Steve Knight. Morgan also contributed to the planning and execution of events and programming for the California Women's Leadership Association, the Lincoln Club of San Diego County, and worked on fundraising and event planning for One San Diego.

After growing up in Central California for most of her young life, Morgan took her Journey to San Diego, a place she always thought of as somewhere she vacationed. In four short years, she graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with an emphasis in Meetings and Events. While at SDSU, Morgan joined Alpha Chi Omega, where in time she became the VP of intellectual development and the VP of chapter relations and standards.

Morgan spends her spare time reading all her favorite blogs, going to the best coffee shops in San Diego, eating at the most amazing restaurants, and of course…. Shopping. Morgan likes to visit her Mom, Dad, twin brothers and dog, Ruiner in Clovis, CA as much as she can because family time is her favorite time. She is eager to continue learning and let her journey take her places she never thought she would go.
